Checking in for a bit........I am so tired,I can barely type.......had about 3 hours sleep last night so i need a nap......had a fabulous time........The GR has the prettiest artwork I have even seen on a ship....

had a nice sunny day in Cozumel.............6 of us went to Mr Sanchos then to a local restaurant......

Captain had some of us to his quarters for wine and hor d'horves yesterday.that was really nice.......he was the captain of the SS, and my favorite.......

anyway,hope you all are doing ok...............I'll post more later when I have more energy............

Good morning BB......I'm here.

They are supposed to pressure wash the new patio this morning....and finish cleaning up the yard. Then I need to go and buy a new patio table and chairs. We're having a BBQ this weekend for Nancy's cousin from Ottawa.

Started out with a beautiful sunny day here. Now it's pouring with thunder and lightening. Liquid sunshine stinks!!! Plus all the clouds caused me to lose our signal for the TV! That's the worst part!!!

Well BB, I have an itchy nose, my left ear has a twitch, my butt aches and my nose is runny.....thanks for asking.

I'm getting so tired of going over to CC and seeing all the threads on the C&A changes.........I guess that it's like the Royal Champions felt a couple of weeks ago [I wasn't very sympathetic to them at the time]. Hope that it all dies down soon.
I think we probably have another round coming if they change the way that they count credits.

Perhaps I need to stay off of the main board.......it's not that interesting.

Speaking of RCs.....where's our resident one that knows all about the secret stuff?

I know what you mean about the main board on CC. Aside from all the b*tching they're doing about Ds not being allowed in the CL, the newest burr under their saddles is the end of those wonderful "gifts" in your cabin. I don't know about anyone else, but those hats are the pits. Almost as bad as the picture frames. They can do away with all that stuff, as far as I'm concerned. Now if they start counting credits, I'll probably have a hissy fit too. Adding our totals together and, if they use 7 to count as 1, we'd have almost 22 credits. That would drop us off the D+ list too.:( That definitely would not make me happy! I guess only time will tell what they're going to mess with next to pi$$ people off.

The only gift that I ever cared about was the toilet kits......I gave several of those away to friends, but I still have four [Two I'm using]. The hats I gave away....the picture frames went to Goodwill.....I've never used the FM radios. Forgot what else.....but they weren't anything special or I would remember.

You're so close to D+, that I wouldn't worry about it. We were always going to start switching to Celebrity before all this happened anyway.

I have checked some of the other cruise boards.....but there is nothing like the uproar on CC on them.......more sane people, I guess.

Wakey, wakey sleepy head......don't you have another cruise to plan:D

1 point for seven days.....but what about the 12 dayers that you've been taking? Your math isn't the way that I heard it from the RCI person back in early Feb......I think that you will have more points when it's all said and done.

Well, look who woke up from her beauty sleep!!!! Welcome back to the real world, PH!

San - As points are counted now, we'll be at 30 with the Monarch cruise next month, so for right now, we're fine. I just hope they don't come up with anything to upset the apple cart.

I agree,folks are not happy with all the changes.myself included............think we'll be looking at other lines too(while keeping the ones we have).........Maybe Princess......Carnival..........if you go to Celebrity,they are still getting your money......................

Big bruhaha on the site were I "won" my cruises............all a hoax,every single one of them............I have known about it for about a month,but couldnt say anything till the s*** hit the fan yesterday............hope the mod gets hers!!

Off to Ft lauderdale tomorrow then the Keys for the weekend..................

Today.....go to the gym and HOPE to come home and stay home.......we never do when Dennis is home..............arghh

Been reading about all that's gone on at CFF. Boy, bet that's pi$$ed some people off, especially those TAs that put up non-refundable money. When I got the email, I thought it was a joke at first, but the more I read changed my mind very quickly. I see she's got a notice posted on their board. Sounds like the same kind of things she's been saying and doing all along.

We're going to look into using up our VISA points soon, as Bert was talking to someone at BofA who told him that they are going to start expiring some of the points. We have over 150,000 points to use and I don't want to let them get away. We're thinking of using a bunch of them on a 3-4 day Monarch or Majesty cruise. It would be a **FREE** cruise! J&J are also trying to make up their mind on doing the same thing.

What has angered you about RCI, PH? Most of it doesn't really affect us. I know that they have cut back, but I believe the others have also.

I noticed a while back that your QM2 cruise disappeared. What was the point in awarding phoney cruises? Wasn't that site started by the TA that got angry with CC and decided to start his own web site?

That's the one, San. Seems like a real nut case. Made like she was rolling in the money, but when push came to shove, she never delivered the goods. Now she claims that she's dying of brain cancer and just wants everyone to leave her alone so she can die in peace!

I thought that it was a guy by the name of Bob Randazzo.....or something like that.

Geez.....if everyone leaves RCI......like all those people are saying on CC......it just might be a great cruise line again.

Not exactly sure who started CFs,but Bob was indeed a part of it till he got pissed off and left quite a while ago.........hes not involved in this scam.

Not sure the motive.

I just think RCCL keeps cutting back yet they charge more than others........and it does involve us.......no free drinks at the parties,no gifts..........sure its little things but little by little they keep taking away...

Yeah, I agree that they are chipping away at previous benefits. It's almost like they are desperate to cut any expense possible.

I tried to send eMails to Rachel Hancock, but both of them got returned as undeleiverable. I wonder if she is a victum of all that's been going on lately.

And she really deserves to be a goner! She sure stirred the pot with her comments about the RCs.

PH - I read this morning that another one bit the dust - - - Roadhouse Grill on 200 closed on Saturday. No more peanuts on the floor!:( We're heading for Ruby Tuesday's for dinner. Got some coupons in the paper this morning for buy one dinner - get one free. Plus there's happy hour!!!!:)o It's a shame this drinking smiley doesn't work right!!
