Saw something interesting in the paper a little while ago, if any of you are interested in getting a job. I know ... That's a dirty word! Anyway, Celebrity Cruises is looking for cruise directors and they are advertising in our paper. With the number of cruises this group has done, I figure anyone of us would be able to handle that job. So we have any takers?:lol
Missy and company will be here this evening for the weekend, so that means I have my work cut out for me once again. Oh joy!!!

Now PH, how are you going to deal with all those potential cruisers that can't make up their minds and need to be led by the hand? I think it would be a frustrating job. I think that you should be Social Hostess and get to decide who dines with the Captain. You'd be good at that and would get to hob knob.

I think I would have you dealing with drunks in the Dining Room, marcia. Also, there is a big need for a seat reservation process in the Concierge Lounge......along with someone to police it.

I just dont understand how people are being chosen to be RCs this week..............I think some who are very deserving are being excluded ON PURPOSE! I dont believe for one minute its all RCCL choosing.....................

Well then, maybe you could be a vice presidential candidate, PH.
All I know is that I'll never get picked by CC as a Royal Champion.....too much of a wise *ss and not always positive about RCCL. besides, a pax on JW told me that I was going to get banned.
.....but hey, it's people like me that should get picked to balance out others and get more reality into the company. I can't for the life of me think why RCI doesn't use people from the C&A program

Morning, everyone! I hope your Saturday is off to a good start. I've got the gang here. Missy & Jimmy are already off curbing. I made breakfast for Justin. He was the early bird. Wesley hasn't made it out of bed yet due to a late night ... He had a date with a HS junior at City Walk last night! Not bad for a freshman!!! Bert's off to the post office to mail out some ebay stuff. That leaves me. I'm just sitting here drinking coffee and typing. Not a bad life, huh?

I'm not even going to yell at San, there are times that is just how I feel..... I once went to a School Employees Union meeting dressed all in black and told the group my broom was by the backdoor. It was not a good meeting. The teachers were going out and strike and they wanted me as president of OAPSE to get the secretaries and clerks to go out also..... No dice. Let me tell you, I was called worse than a witch.....
It's gonna be a long day, back when I can.
