San-I think Trousers and Brandy would get along just fine. Gary was worried because the pool level would go down every now and then. I told him to watch Brandy. Yep, jumps in the pool, water out. runs around pool and jumps water out. And with her lab coat it just holds water. She can stand there and drip forever. House prices in CA are just crazy; we moved from CA at the height of the last big housing boom (late 2000/early 2001). We sold our modular home (translation, double wide), 1250 sq feet, no property (you had to pay space rent) for $161,000. That's more than what we paid to have our house built (sans pool and boat garage). Our space rent was $450 (Redwood City on the bay). The family that bought our home were due to pay $750, plus the payment on the home. People look at us funny when we tell them what we have here would go for an easy $1.5/$2 mil, if you could find an acre of property in the bay area. Of course, big difference in pay (making 1/3 of CA), but not enought to justify housing costs.
PH-Hope the truck is okay. Wine tasting was fun, not too many people, but enought to make it interesting.

Thanks Kc. I just have way too many things going on right now.....test tomorrow, selling this house and getting it ready, buying the new house, upcoming cruise, then jury duty the week after I get back.....who knows what this test will result in.
Marcia, why don't you set it up with Nav. We would prefer lunch around 1 pm as we will get to YVR early in the AM [probably around 6 am] and would like to get a little sleep.
It was FD that did it.
Rents back then for a two bedroom apartment in San Jose were around $2,500 per month, too, PQ. That's how Trousers empties the pool.....it goes down about 3 or 4 inches by the time he is done. Plus he gets back about twenty feet and takes a running jump at it!

[size=small]I'm back from picking even MORE BLUEBERRIES!! I swear they're going to think I'm a MIGRANT WORKER if I go out there one more time. I'm addicted to picking those yummy things. Today it was even faster picking than the other 3 times!! Took some over to my friend from church that lives 7 miles from us. She was so thrilled......like I gave her a bag of GOLD NUGGETs or something. It's always so much fun to GIVE and make some else happy.

Checking in...........No word from the "man in our life"??? Thinking of ya San....
Little too much info K2..I am trying NOT to visulize......cracked up with your migrant worker remark...Bet you have a golfers tan...
Heard from Freightliner(jeez,I hate to complain so dont think of it like that--just stating the facts).......truck needs clutch work....good news,bad news......Good news--Dennis gets to stay home for a few days cause(heres the bad news part), the part wont be in till Monday or Tuesday.....sooooooooo.....no work=no pay....hes gonna miss out on tomorrow and Mondays loads....between that and the repair,I need to win the Lotto......considering the odds of that,we are gonna have to cancel our EN cruise(BB_-dont hate me)...fortunatley,we have insurance(and can get 75% back)...I know the cruise is paid for,but now we really cant afford to have Dennis take off again in 2 weeks........I feel really awful,but what can I do??? And missing a cruise is not earth shattering...considering all we have been hearing lately..
To make us feel better, we got ice cream.........they gave us 2 sundaes for the dogs again...........heres a pic....
