..Just as a BTW. .we had 2 gallons of creamy 'cello freighted to the West Coast yesterday..and it is safely ensconced in the freezer of Mr Snowblower BIL -Michael. and his DW Empress Deb..so Operation Sailaway is now ensured!!..Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..let's hear one for the USPS!!... I had heart palpitations for 24 hours, but we are GOOD TO GO!!.....Joanne

Only one week till we board the duckmobile for the trip to the pier and cruiseship. I'm getting excited and can't wait to meet everyone.

This week is crazy Hot August Nights in Sparks/Reno the week classic cars and classic rock take over our area. I have the usual houseguests and we are out every night to see the bands and cars cruising. Got to cruise in my friends 37 Plymouth Deluxe Sedan fixed up like a taxi last night. Hoping for a ride in another friend's 68 Dodge Coronet tonight! No time to pack till Monday.

Frozen Creamy 'cello =Creamy Limoncello/Orangcello

Whoops..sorry for the "shorthand"....My DD Cynthia's Godparents are Calabrese from the Old Country..Ie Italy..and Liberata and Anthony very sweetly shared their Limoncello/Orangecello recipe many, many years ago..and My very kind Swedish husband Mark agreed to help me;( an Italian broad too )!! manufacture some 'shine here at our house for the cruise...so we in fact made a gallon of each..Creamy Limoncello, and Creamy Orangecello..it is our Gift for Sailaway..per Mal and Judi it's AKA "Nectar of the Gods".. and it was shipped to Tahoe to my Dear BIL Snowblower-Michael and his DW Empress Deb..and we will be hauling it to San Francisco..minus two love packages amount sent to Dear "family" of ours.... Um it's all there, and we will have it for next week..CHEERS!!!!.. Joanne and Mark

OMG. Not good news at all. Things just seem to be spinning everywhere ... your back, Korina's John's (now) ex-job, JanPep, Ellen, Leatherneck, the new board .....
