Glad to hear you got the pics Cheryl and Michelle. The others must be taking longer to get where they are going. I am getting some frames for the pics we kept too. They are a great reminder of the fun we had and of the fun we are looking forward to on the next cruise with the Island Hoppers.
We just got home from Oxford, Ms- went up sat. and tailgated in the grove for about 6 hours- was fun as usual. Tennessee beat us by 4 in the last seconds of the game.
Congrats on "the booking " of your Alaskan cruise Stan and Michelle- hope you save some cruise time for our fall cruise next year- would not be the same without you !

Cheryl & Dave, Michigan has been kicking some but. I watched the game Saturday with Eric and made him explain just about every play. I think is was glad when the game was over and they won.
Red Sox beat the Yankees last night!!!! I am so happy : ) Gotta love the Red Sox. I believe!!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend like we did.
FYI: Michelle is an awesome cook!!!!!! We told her she needs to open her own resturant.

Hey Island Hoppers!!!!! Melissa, it was soooooooo good to see ya'll Saturday nite!!!!!! We must do it again soon and I mean soon. Thanks for your kind words above too about my cooking. Hope you two made it home to LaGrange safely. I can't wait for us all to do some boating and camping together......now that will be lots of fun!!!!! Cheryl - I like your post where you say you are "defiantly" going on a cruise.

Tamra - Ally and I got your pics in the mail. Thanks so much. We still have an unfinished roll on our throw-away camera that we need to develop. As soon as we do, we'll send out pics also.

Eric - Bummer about the job. Keep looking, something's out there. We are always hiring in Austin...

Dave (and all you other Michigan fans) - I know they are winning, but they are not covering so I'm losing each week on Michigan. I'm not sure who I'll take next week at Purdue.

Michelle/Stan/Melissa/Eric - Glad ya'll got together. Bummer that Gatlinburg is falling through. That would have been a blast. Maybe later in life. After looking at the cabin pics, Ally and I "defiantly" want to go, we just don't know when.

Kerri - I get to see Jeanne tomorrow and give her the sand from Dubai.

As far as a reunion goes- hope we can all find a time and place that fits into everyone's plans at some point in 2005- we'll just take our time and see what comes about for everyone.

Rich- you caught me - I am the "Worlds Worst Speller".... So, I use spell check - sometimes I end up with the wrong word... everyone once in a while it happens at work and in come the funny emails. Lucky for me, Taylor is a great speller.

Melissa- I laughed when I read that you had Eric explain the game on Saturday - I don't think Dave could handle it.

I just can't get my scanner to get my pics onto the website. I'll enlist my hubby's buddy for help, he's a computer grad.
I haven't seen a whole lot of Dave lately since bow season opened the 1st for deer and the 9th for ducks. Jodi & Alfio I hope your troubles pass soon. Prayer is your most powerful resource.

it is downunder you know!!!! We can be slow sometimes.

Well the girls weekend was great - always love it. We were drinking Vodka Mudshakes for breakfast and then of course you just can't stop! Went to a great themed night called DRACULAS (Spooks and gouls etc).

We finally have rain - we didn't have any all winter and now it has been raining since Sunday PM. How nice - we wanted to dance in it.

Just a quickie as at work.

Hi everyone...

Michelle and Tamra....THANKS!! The pictures were awesome. It really brought a smile to our faces!!
Michelle your pictures were beautiful. I was so tickled to get one of the front of the Caribe Hilton. We forgot to get one and certainly wouldn't have been as nice as yours.

Eric and Dave....Alfio is hanging his head pretty low right now with the Buckeyes performance the last three weeks!! He got so angry last week he announced he was going to start watching the Michigan games!! Whew...that is bad!!

Did I tell you all that we got a new kitty after we got back from the cruise. She is so adorable. Izabella named her Miss Sassy Sally. I forgot how playful kittens can be. Our older cat is adjusting slowly. Miss Sally hopefully will help Catzilla loses a few pounds. He is a "little" over weight!!

Tamra..did you escape the bad weather? They tell me that they don't have tornadoes in WV. Living in Ohio for 30 plus years we are used to Tornado warnings and such. It has been raining here for a week.

Last weekend we had snow flurries. I am not ready for that at all!! This week the kids are all sick with colds and coughs...Welcome Winter!!!

The weather totally missed us. We got 2 little showers and thats it. We have tornado watches and warnings all the time- until cold weather comes. We are used to it to a degree but worry about the horses should one actually go over our pasture. Not much we could do for them, Im afraid.
Kerri- glad you had a great girls weekend- your vodka mudshakes sound like mudslides we have here. T.G.I Fridays makes the ones we can get at liquor store- they also make an awesome Dreamsicle tasting drink( orange and vanilla mixed) that you add ice to and blend in blender.
Jodi- cats are so much fun (dogs too) We have 4 cats- 3 are outside - they are so sweet and follow us all over the place. If we sit down they are right in our laps! Love those little guys!

Well, who would have thought the Sox could come back from a 3-0 deficit and win 4 straight. I'm glad it happened but I never would have thought it was possible.

Now, let's see if Clemens can come through for the 'stros.

Ally and I are getting snazzied up to go to the Policeman's Ball this Saturday. She's wearing a ball gown while I'm going in my Honor Guard Uniform. It'll be like formal night (w/o the lobster).

Our son went to a college fair last night and got info on a lot of colleges/universities. Now, if we can just decide who we want to give our money to......

Alfio I think it time for you to switch teams. Michigan is doing very well. I think Eric and Dave will pull you in.
Rich, I have a feeling its going to be the Red Sox -v -Astros. I have a big feeling the Red Sox are going to kick some more butt. Last nights game was unreal!!!
Jodi, new kittens always bring joy to the family. Its just what you all need to lift the spirits. Now if I could just talk Eric into getting me one...... never! I beg him all the time and he says NO. Guess our dog will have to do.
Can you believe its almost time for Thanksgiving then Christmas. Time flys!!!
Eric is been busy with his painting. He is so sore and complains A LOT. Guess his body isn't used to doing that kind of work full time. He still is keeping his eyes open for something else. I think at the rate he is going it will be sooner rather than later.
We are going to Keith Urban this weekend. He's and Aussie Kerri!!!! I am sure you have heard of him.

Hey Melissa. We do our best to protect our horsey boys- they are almost like our large 4 legged children- in addition to the small 4 legged children plus our two 2 legged children.
Painting is hard work . Brad and I have painted many rooms. He is great at it no matter which kind of paint . I am best with flat paint and doing a little faux stuff. Our powder room is waiting on me to get motivated to finish glazing the walls- got a third done before we moved in and then have not gotten back to it. Will get it done next week- fingers crossed.

Well, now I know why the coffee has not made it to Australia yet!!!!!!!!!!!! It came back here today!!!!! Not sure why but I will be going back over to the UPS Store in the morning to raise some heck. This is what the sticker on the outside of the box says........

All domestic mail, weighing 16 ounces or over, that bears stamps and all international and military APO/FPO mail weighing 16 ounces or over, MUST be presented to a retail clerck at a post office. Postage that is affixed to the returned mail may be used for re-mailing the item.

Well I'll be!!! Whatever all that means!!!!! I mailed it from a UPS Store!!!!!!!!!! If someone can explain what this means feel free.

Kerri, I will determine tomorrow what's the scoop and get it back out to you the RIGHT WAY, whatever way that is. I'll keep you posted.

Hope everyone is doing good. One month ago today Stan and I were returning from San Juan. Oh how I wish I was laying on the beach right now @ Meagans Bay with a foo-foo in hand.

Melissa, we know exactly how Eric's body is feeling right now!! Hurts!!! I have given up on painting which you could tell by some of the rooms in our house. LOL!!!!!

Oh yeah......an by the way........I'm starting a new job 11-8. It's not really a new job cause' I worked there for 10 years and left in 2000. Going back will be kinda' exciting....I'm pumped!!!!!!! Yee Haw!!!!!

OK, here's the deal with the UPS shipping problem!!!!! They are IDDIOTS!!!!! I went down there a little while ago and showed them the package. I want ya'll to know that this little ole' package of 1 pound coffee has never even left Flowery Branch GA!!!!! The package got about 3 miles from home and that is it!!!!!!! Nobody had an idea how the sticker got put on there and so it's off again for Australia!!!!! Yipee.....maybe one day Kerri you'll get to taste my fav-o-rite coffee!!!! Too bad it's later than sooner, LOL!!! Chat later............Michelle.
