George - I love all the wood on that ship - amazing! And I miss the Paradise. Boy, how I loved that ship. The Princess ship looked pretty nice too. That had to be hard, being so close to those ships and not being able to get on one and go!

Good morning all,
Off today...well sort of. I'm working on the back yard and pool today and then a Dr. appointment in 4 hours. I just spoke to me mom in Alabama who just sold her house and was supposed to be here today. Apparently the underwriter of the title company has been sick for two weeks and no one picked up his work. So there are a considerable number of homes that were supposed to close prior to the end of this month that are just getting notified of an additional 2-3 week window prior to closing. What's even worse is neither my mom's realtor, nor the buyer's realtor were monitoring the closing of the loan. My movers hauled away my mom's belongings on the 26th, the day they were supposed to close. Now they are sitting in an empty house until mid April at the earliest. You would think the realtor would use some of the money she is making and put them up at a hotel, but not this one. She hasn't even offered an apology for her goof.
Regina, I can't tell you how many times I found myself searching my pockets for the card.

Sheree, following work I did myself by the pool...just not swimming / basking in the sun / drinking foo-foo drinks / listening to Caribbean music. Unfortunately I was doing some much needed yard work. But do not fret, I am off for the next two days and I will be sure to make up for lost time...and yes let you know as well.

My neighbor across my driveway just came back from a 5 day Mexican cruise on the Monarch of the Seas!!! It was his 1st cruise and I think he is hooked!!!!

It's Ceasar Chavez day and Anne has a whole list of things to do to help me celebrate the day off. Between yard work / paying bills / working on the pool, I may has well gone to work!
Everyone (all of us?) who booked the cruise prior to 11/16/07, keep and eye on your credit card statement; there should be a refund for the Fuel supplementals we all paid. This was a deal worked out with the Florida Attorney Generals office in lieu of a law suit. I have recieved one $70.00 credit, awaiting the other. If you haven't as of yet, call Lori.

Hmmmm.....did you hear anything about the credit from Lori first, or did it just show up on your credit card? Also, did the Expedia thing all get wrapped up, and do you have your tickets? And last but not least, Viva Caesar Chavez! What a great guy - glad you have the day off - now remnd me, what the heck did he do?

We now have 2 busses on the road as daily drivers if I could only get Bobbie to learn to drive a stick, Bub drove one of the busses now he wants one. All is good here.
