Morning...........little nippy out,isnt it??? I put flannel sheets on the bed this morning to prepare for the next few nights......gonna be in the 20s!!!!!!!!!! Wish I was on a Caribbean cruise right about now........................

Wow! You really do have a full day planned. I'm impressed!:lol Have fun covering the plants. If the forecast holds true, I'll have to bring all my orchids in by Friday night. So far, they're calling for us to drop to 32 by Saturday morning.
I just kicked the heat on here. I think we'll be hearing it going on and off for at least the next week. I'm ready for a cruise too!

Howdy........
wound up going to the movies today..saw Marley and Me..........whatta tearjerker.......think I got my popcorn all soggy....hahaha
Listed a few things on Craigslist.........cant believe how little people want to pay for things............I rather give it to charity than almost give it people who are too cheap to pay what I ask..................just like a garage sale.thats why i hate having those and try to avoid them..

Missy calls me every day on her way home from work and always comments on that guy. She said a lot of people stop to give him food. He's got 3 shopping carts filled with his stuff!
Time to crank up the chili. Gary may end up coming for dinner tonight. Kris got an email from ticket master this afternoon giving her free tickets to the circus tonight. She's taking the kids, but isn't sure if Gary wants to go with them. Actually we need him here to fix some glitches in our computer. Ran Ad-aware and it says we've got some questionable files, whatever that might be. I'll let our resident "geek" figure it out.

Havent seen that homeless guy yet....bet hes freezing tonite......then again,he probably has a home and just earns his money panhandling like the rest of them...............

Good morning! Cold enough for you today? Guess tonight I will have to break down and bring the orchids in. This should be the coldest night. With them all in bloom, I don't want the flowers to get ruined. The flowers need to last for when Joanne is here next week. it drives her nuts that I can grow orchids and she kills every single one she's gotten!
How bout that plane going down in the Hudson yesterday? Unbelievable that the pilot was able to bring it in that way and no one got killed. My nephew is captain of one of the ferries that was helping get the passengers off. They all did a super job.
So how was your chili? Mine was so good I ate it over and over all evening!:lol We still have enough left for tonight too.

Can you believe its warmer in Anchorage than it is here in Ocala right now?? I put on my first turtleneck sweater this season..........I really should get rid of most of them.........wont wear them.

went to Ale House for lunch..............had zinger tacos....mmmmmmmmmm.......yummy.........service sucked,but the food was good.......got a free cup of lobster bisque from the manager since I had to wait so long........took so long to get my order and then it was wrong.....the waiter was worthless...............its usually not like that.........we did notice all male servers.......its usually the opposite..............whats that tell you??

We used to call having anything at Ale House "an adventure in fine dining". You just never knew if it would be good or bad. Wasn't like that when they first opened. I don't know if you were in Ocala already at that time. It was one of the best places to go and you always knew it would be great. And then management changed and things went downhill. Sorry you had a not so great experience there today.
What gives with all men servers? I think you should organize women outside and demonstrate that they are not fair. I'd wait for warmer weather though!

We're off to see Riverdance this afternoon. They're on their farewell tour, so it was now or never. Bert bought the tickets as part of my Christmas gift. Isn't he a sweetheart?:couple

So how was your freezing temp last night. I never did bring any of the orchids in and it looks like they made it through. I don't think it dropped much below 40 here, so I got lucky.
