Struck at Bealls,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,got some new Wii stuff at Circuit City(everything on sale there).and got some clothes at Belks and macys....................

Now after trying on clothes,I am really depressed and need some wine.........NOW!

We had such a fun day! Riverdance was absolutely awesome. Where they get all that energy is beyond me. Just a great show in every respect.
Went to Carrabbas for dinner. We had to wait for a table, so we went to the bar (Happy Hour!) Finally got seated (still Happy Hour!) Dinner was delicious and the best part is that we have leftovers for tomorrow for lunch.

Now we're just relaxing and watching TV (with a glass of wine, of course!)

Morning, PH. Isn't it nice that the temps are heading upward for today at least. Sure is pretty out there right now.

Not much planned for most of the day. We've going to K&G's to watch the Steelers game this evening. They're big time Steeler fans.

Might give my friend around the corner a call. With the cool weather we haven't had Happy Hour in about 2 weeks. It's her turn, so I might just remind her of that fact. It would be nice to escape from Bert for a while. This togetherness is getting to be a bit much these days!!!(td) I need a break!!!!!!!!

Enjoy your day and don't make Dennis work too hard. The poor guy deserves a break once in a while!

Just dropping by after putting on hats, boots, gloves, winter coat, jeans, sweatshirt to clean the freakin snow off my car and to move it so the plows can plow out the spaces. Imagine how happy this has made me!!!!! NOT!!!!
i don't want to play anymore, enough already...............

Frankly, 50 degrees would be a heat wave around here.

PH, no grass is visible around here, so no need to cut the stuff!

BB, have fun with K & G watching the team in black and gold. We're off to a birthday party for our youngest GD, Jaclyn, this afternoon. Hard to believe she is already one! Kevin, Jamie and their kids are going to Orlando in a couple of weeks to celebrate K's birthday. I hope the weather warms up for them.

Hi Nanook! Nice to see you stop by. Your description of what all you're putting on reminds me of when my kids were small and I'd bundle them up like that. We'd be ready to walk out the door and they would utter those dreaded words ...I have to go to the bathroom!!!!:
When I was teaching 1st grade and the kids were getting antsy and needed to move around a bit, I would have them imagine putting on all those winter clothes & boots. Once they were all "dressed", I would tell them the story about what happened with my kids and tell them the same thing happened to them, so they would have to take all the winter stuff off again. I used to drag it out for about 10 minutes and the kids got the movement they needed and were ready to settle back down to work again. Unfortunately, with all the emphasis they put on FCAT and other testing, you don't have time to do fun activities like that.
Wow! I didn't realize the baby was a year old already. Time sure does fly when you're having fun, doesn't it? Have fun at the party. Tell Kevin & Jamie that we'll try to heat up Florida before they get here.X(

Yeah, the guy did run into trouble. He bought a winery from some guy, so I guess he thought that he could use the previous name on his wine. The original guy sued him, so he had to come up with another name....Charles Shaw. He makes his wine from less than premium grapes......but it's pretty good. BB is the expert though, not me.

...couple of other things....
"ritag35" can't spell.....she is 53 and was trying to say that she is a gator fan.....but screwed up the gator backwards part.

PH added her avatar just for me....and I appreciate it.

BB is my older sister and is always causing trouble for me.

Kathie K2 hates snow and is always whining about it 7 months out of the year.

Well, glad to see Tony is reverting to his usual self!

We have Kevin's kids here today because of MLK day, and they both are playing with their DS systems, so I know where you are coming from BB. That's when they're not making me play cards with them! Got my butt beat playing Fish and War!

We had a LOT of snow yesterday, and I am sick, sick, sick of it. Am I whining enough! Frankly, I would kill for 61. I think it's about 30.

I' sure K & G are very happy about their Steelers going to the SB. Can't work up a lot of enthusiasm for the game, though. Pittsburgh should kill AZ....after all the Pats beat AZ 47-7.

Off to play some more cards. Maybe this time i'll win (but I'd probably have to cheat).
