Rita - Nice to know someone else is watching grandkids today. Bert has spent hours with Emily on the computer. Now they're off for a walk. Gary told Emily to make sure Grandpa went for a walk today. I'm enjoying this bit of "down time" even though I know it's not going to last!

Home from the stores............bought more Riedel glasses........and I have no idea who Bobby Riedel is???

Also treated myself and bought the fixings for a lemon drop martini............so I better go and try it out..........wanna join me anyone?

Don't be difficult....what are Reidel glasses? I don't know who bobby is.....I just heard the name somewhere......must be an old person....I heard it from BB.

OH,now I get it...you mean Bobby Rydell(Volare)...anyway,Riedel glasses are really neat glasses............I first tried them on Celebrity.........I couldnt believe wine could taste any different in a glass but it did............they had us do taste testing...............riedel glass, regular wine glass,water glass.............. BIG difference..................3 different tastes..

I bought some when I got home and had Dennis do a taste test and he agreed..................its really amazing......

I was going to ask the same thing - Are they expensive? Also where did you find them in Ocala? Wine Experience maybe????? Think I'll stick to my good old wine glasses I bought years ago at K-Marto. They're perfect for enjoying Two Buck Chuck or, as in our case, Three Buck Chuck!!!:girly

Time to check out of here for the night and see if there's anything worth watching on TV. See ya in the AM ...

I have bought them at target and at Bealls,,,,,,,,,,,,bought them for about $25 for 4 glasses........check out their website for special orders...........

G'morning............Dennis is still snoozing away so figured I'd have some quiet time in here.......... :) I do have a slight headache this am.......wine and lemon drops dont mix well(the next day).......but I did have fun while it lasted...........

I think the new gym is finally going to open this afternoon and I cant wait to go....

Good chilly morning! Bert's still =sleep too. What is it with these men? Couple of slackers, if you ask me!!!:lol

Trying to figure out where I'm going to put all the plants for the next couple of days ... UGH! I hate bringing the stuff in, but looks like there'll be no choice today as it's going to get down right COLD here tonight.

Actually, I went up to San Jose and had lunch with Angeline.....then took her Edge to get a tire fixed.....went back to her classroom with the keys and met her students....'course, she had to interpret for me......I feel like such a shlock when I'm in front of them because I cannot sign. Nice afternoon though.

Sounds like a fun day, San. You really shouldn't feel bad that you don't sign. I don't speak very much Spanish, so I always needed to have someone translate for me. Think of it this way ... Great minds like ours can't know EVERYTHING!!!:lol

Need to go get dressed for the inaugural ball. Haven't decided which one to attend yet.;) LOL There certainly isn't much of anything else on TV tonight.
