Hey all, we are home..... Foggy until we got out of Hamilton and then started to clear up.... Then nice and beautiful sunshine the rest of the way up......
When we got there, Aunt Willy wanted me to look at the top of her head, Huh??? Seems last Friday, she was walking across the living room and went to turn abound and yep, you guessed it, she went down and hit her head on the corner of the TV..... Now, Aunt Willy has a 20 year old big ole TV in a solid wood cabinet..... So she put a 1 inch gash in the top of her head..... and most everyone knows how bad something like that bleeds.... Well, she picked her self up, started grabbing towels and thank goodness this friend of her called and then rushed right over and called the EMT's. By the time they got there, the bleeding was just about stopped, but they cleaned it up and sat with her for a bit to be sure she was O.K. It looks fine now, but of course you know where her Life Line button was, hanging on a kitchen cupboard. Of course.
Anyway, we sat and talked for a while and then told her we would go out and have lunch. Up the road we went and then I turned toward Indiana and she yells, you are going the wrong way.... We said no, we are going to Winchester, Indiana for lunch..... Wick's Pie's has a restaurant by the pie factory.... She kept asking if I knew where I was going and I said, Yep, I think so..... Any, after lunch and buying some pies to go home we then went to Silver Town.... They have all kind of gifts, jewelry and coins and Aunt Willy has collected coins since the early 40's when she started working at Cedar Point..... Did not get a whole lot, but had fun looking......
When we got back to her house, she said that was so much fun..... So glad we went.... Gas here is down to $3.05. Wow....
PH, that is what is nice about a Trans-Atlantic..... I read three paperback books on the cruise...... Most sitting on the balcony in the sun....
Back later.....
