I think the picture is mighty cute. Marc and his DW look like you are having a mighty fine time. Someday maybe red will draw a portrait of me just as nice. I will try to get a picture taken of Kelly & I in the next few days and forward it.

I can check my home email from work as long as they're on the Cox's servers. But DW must have gotten them this morning, so I won't be able to check until I get home.

I will be ready any time any place for festivities. We have added another weenie !!!!
My Mother has decided to join us. She went on her first cruise in May for her 80th birthday and just might have become the oldest person to become cruise @ddicted. Already has one planned for next year too. Don't believe any stories of my misguided youth she may tell you. I will deny them all.

Welcome John's Mom!! . She will have a wonderful time and it's terrific that she could join us. The more the merrier!
I wonder how much capacity is filled at this point? Looks like many of the insides are gone now as well as the suites. I wonder how upgrades work if you booked a certain category. Do they call the TA or automatically upgrade? Hope not the latter..

What a day yesterday!!
Got a HYSTERICAL call from DW at lunch time. She picked up DD from driver's ed and let her drive home. When they got home DD put the car in the garage, and did fine until the point where she was supposed to stop. For some unknown reason she floored it at that time thinking she was on the brake. Drove into the hot water heater and A/C unit, destroying both, busting water pipes and a GAS LINE. Other DD was taking a shower. They all ran out of the house, with DD wrapped in a towel, shampoo still in the hair.
Fire and police showed up and shut the gas valve. Luckily the house is still standing and no one was hurt. Got a plumber in yesterday to take care of the water. Hopefully, A/C today. Insurance company has been GREAT!!!! Four hours from inital call until they had the plumber out.
Today is last day of driver's ed. She thinks she's getting her license today. No way. She's had a few near misses. Right now she's no where ready to be on the road by herself.

oh Wow Marc. Glad she's ok. I bet this is something she won't forget too soon. Hopefully everything will get fixed asap. Don't you just hate it when life's unexpected hits with full force?

Boy just lucky no one hurt. I can sympathize with her. Last time I drove I did something similar(forgot to open the garage door before backing). I imagine she will be more careful than ever now. Just needs more practice/

Just an FYI. I called HAL today because I couldn't find the answer on the website. Soft Drink cards are $37.50 for the 10 night cruise. Compared to RCCL it's not a bad deal.

I called the following restaurants to see if they could accommodate us weenies.

All 3 restaurants are located within 2 miles of the hotel. They all have a full liquor license.
O'Sullivans does take reservations and accomodating 15 will be no problem. Can also sit outside by the water.
Joes Crab Shack does NOT take reservations but was suggested to call 1 hour in advance to see if they can accomodate us.
Free Mason Abbey has one table upstairs and one downstairs that can accomdate 15 people so a reservation will be needed asap.
My choices are as follows, first choice- O'Sullivans, Joes and Free Mason Abbey. John(NJ)is out of touch for the next few days(what else is new, I know :grin). Their first choice is also O'Sullivans, not sure about their 2nd and 3rd choice. When he gets back I am sure he will chime in.
What are your thoughts? If anyone has questions about these restaurants, I can always call them back.

Red, when do we start twisting Surfergirls/Whitehairedguys arm?
