Finally getting a chance to stop by one more time tonight before I give the computer back to Bert.

TVs got delivered shortly after 6. Both are set up, but now I have to make an appointment with the BB Geek Squad. Seems like some of our cables (like for the VCR) aren't long enough for the new TV. Also need them to set things up so I don't need 3 different remotes to watch TV. Two has been bad enough.
Oh and about that rich friends comment - BB has 36 month financing with 0% interest. May as well use their money for a while!

OK, I'm getting dirty looks, so I better get off here. Se ya tomorrow ...

Yay!!! We still have something to talk about. Speaking of wine, we have to pick up a couple of cases of Two Buck Chuck next week when we go up to North Carolina. I also have to bring up a couple of bottles of wine from that kiosk at Florida Mall. J&J have invited some other couples over for a wine tasting get together next Friday evening. I guess ours will be the dessert wine, as it's kind of sweet.

J&J like to have wine tastings at their house and have done it a few times when we've come up. Jeff has a very extensive wine cellar and Joanne has finally convinced him to start consuming some of the good stuff.

Our sky isn't a pretty shade of blue right now. We are allowed to discuss sky color, aren't we, San?

Still no blue sky. It's more shades of gray. Some of my neighbors are hurrying to get their lawns cut. Good thing too, because they now have to stop for a while due to ...

Rita & Bill's trip is just about over. Almost time for them to stop goofing off and get back to reality.

OK, I'll get real........I just put on knee length yellow shorts, a black dress belt, black formal knee length socks, gold chains, white orthopedic shoes, open neck shirt with a beer belly and long chest hair, a stupid golf hat and a lot of oversize jewelry......and a pocket full of early diner/senior citizen restaurant coupons. OK, now I'm a real Floridian!

San - I thought I recognized you in a picture I saw that was captioned This is a smart SSA who thinks this is how REAL Floridians dress! Good try, but you only see get ups like that on Halloween or in the Villages!:lol

Rita - Welcome home! I do hope you prepared a to do list while on the plant of things Bill needs to do right away - laundry, food shopping, etc. He's had enough rest now, so it's time to have him get back to work. Wouldn't want him to get fat and lazy (like a certain male around here) would you?

Anyone else watch Jay Leno last night? That was such a really neat and different way he ended his last show. The man really has a lot of class!

Hey, I wouldn't describe you as fat and lazy, BB.

We had a movie night in the BBQ area held by the HOA Association yesterday evening. We had a good turnout.....beer and wine.....that helped. John, Angelia, Angeline and Anthony did all the work.....with a little help from me.
