BB, I think it's time for Bert to get his "eyes' checked. Peter Pan didn't have curls.
Ordered honey mustard chicken tips for lunch, over rice, ate it all, tasted pretty good. Got halfway home before I realized no honey mustard. It must have been pretty good conversation, since I didn't notice until we were on the way home. Bill asked if he should turn around and go back......I almost said yes!
Printed out all our set sail passes for the coming cruises. Last thing on the set sail pass is the statement that the ship will have to undergo a customs and immigration inspection, so don't show up early, show up at 2 p.m. Never saw that wording before, but I think they must have changed the set sail passes, as they are now just a box with a bar code, and a place for a signature. We had printed out the TA one a while ago, and it was the usual set sail pass, but when we reprinted it, we got the new one. Since each of the next 4 set sail pass say the ship has to undergo a customs inspection (including the one for the b2b we are doing), I think it's their attempt to keep people from showing up at 11 to board. That way they have to feed fewer people lunch.......I think it's another cost cutting measure. Can you imagine if all 2200 people showed up at 2. You have to close the manifest 1 hour before sailing......like, right, they'll get everyone processed from 2-4. Yeah, right, and I know a bridge for sale!
Bought a fleece jacket for our TA today, as I think it might be cool in Iceland. I'll bring gloves, too. At least I'll have them for Alaska next year!
Hope you win at bingo tonight. Nothing as exciting as bingo here....babysitting for Lisa's kids.
Talk with you later.
K2, any Marcia news?
