Boy, that is so true. I just go for the sea, the scenery and the ship.......spend little on excursions 'cause I'm so cheap.....unless it's some place new.

PH, you have to quit scaring people on some of these other threads.....like the Quest one.

How did I scare them?? =huh for the record,I am not a real big fan of Quest anyway.....even though one time Dennis did donate an article that he was wearing.. ::eek:

Finally RAINED here around 5 pm. Thunder too. We really needed that rain. Streets are dry already! (tu)

Good Friday Evening...We like cruising for the itineraries, but try not to do too much. Most place we try to go snorkeling, as that is what we enjoy. On the next cruise, with all the "new" ports to us...we're doing some land tours, just to see what the islands are like...in case we ever want to visit and do a land vacation.

It's going to be quiet on the boards in May with everyone coming and going with cruises...poor K2 will be talking to herself:lol

being as we have been to St Thomas 3x, we are going to St Johns........island tour...never been there............St martin....either the beach or just go to town and play the penny slots.........and have a drink or two.......................we have 3 sea days which will be nice........

Just got through washing my "Milan" and got it into the garage just before it started to "Sprinkle Lightly". Sure looks good all shiney and clean!! Still liked my Zoom Zoom better!! Had more take off from the lights!! =COOL

IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!! Lets hope the lady lives to see Sept or whenever that cruise is. I just hope "HE" had enough sense to get his deposits or money back. :cool:

You know when my life-long dear friend passed away about a month ago after he walked out of the shower it really set me back as to LONG TERM PLANNING. I've mostly been a live for the present few weeks, but to think that someone as ill as "SHE" is will be able to "SNAP TOGETHER" and make it on a cruise is just Ludicrous.

SAN: Where have you been the last few days your HIGHNESS?? Miss you on ALL the threads. You sure do get busy on WEEKENDS buddy.

Made us a nice Italian dinner of Spagetti with fresh sauce that I had made earlier in the week and saved. Green beans and garlic bread that will remind me of this dinner for the rest of the night!! ::eek: Anyways it was all yummy.

PQ: How's that little LUCKY doing? Does it do it's business in the litter box all the time now??

Lucky has been doing his business in the litter box for at least a week. He was fine on Friday, staying home...so that's where he'll be. I guess he really thinks I'm the mommy kitty...climbs up to my chest and snuggies...does make it hard to type on the laptop. He's doing real well with soft food...now working on dry food.

PH - doing anything special for Cinco de Mayo?

Gary picked blueberries yesterday while I had my hair colored and cut. Need to keep the grey at bay. He ended up with about 15 lbs...made a cobbler today. Yummy!

Went to Tampa and saw Eric Clapton in concert last night. Great show...second time I've seen him in concert...last time was in California. Was a long drive home last night...was pretty tired.

Well, going to check the other threads, as this is the first time I've been online all day.

It's nice here right now. Art and I had leftover lunch on the deck. All the pedals from our Ornamental Pear Tree are flying all over the place. Had to cover my coffee cup to keep them out of it. Perfect Day.........suppose to rain tomorrow. We'll see how right those weather people are.

Wow K2, you are a biking family.....your trees have pedals? Never heard of that.....must save money for Art though.

Which thread are you and K2 talking about PH? I think that I missed something.

Good for you on successfully raising Lucky from a young age.....I remember you being worried that he would survive the first night.

Got my food deliveries done to 3 families and they all were surprised to say the least. Even stopped and
bought some fresh soft rolls to go with the Lamb Shanks. I felt like "Meals on Wheels" today. It was nice
of Artie to take the time to come around with me.

Getting a little chilly here tonight. Suppose to go down to 44 degrees. And they are calling for rain tomorrow late in the afternoon. But they've been doing that for days now without any success.

Hey San....how about the news of the RD doing 4 and 5 nighters outta San Diego??? Looks like RCCL will be keeping the short cruises outta CA after all..(tu)

Morning everyone just popping in to say hi and hope everyone has agreat day stopped by last nighton a different thread but never got back on so thougth i would check in here and see how everyone is. PQ I amglad your kittyis setteling in. I would liove to have another cat but i thinkmy cat would eat any kitty that i broughthome=huh ok kids are coming in we are doing an experiment with GOBSTOPPERS this week.. so i will be sugared out by end of week....
