[large]Good Morning All!!

I De-Fragged my computer last night and I also CLEARED OUT/CLEANED OUT all the "Cookies". Hate when I do that, but sometimes it's just necessary to get rid of all the junk stuff. Anyways, I had to re-sign in on some of these sights that I visit everyday...........what a pain in the butt. But I'm good to go now.

Have a fun day all!! I hope to get some walking in today before it rains. (If IT REALLY RAINS is what I should say)[/large]

Been out.bank,recycling center,Bealls...........got new shorts..........you know,the longer kind....I really like them...............after wearing them awhile,I hate putting on any shorter ones.........

Dennis just left for Key West.........I suppose I could start putting stuff in the suitcase.......but whenever I do that early,I keep changing my mindd about what I packed..

Sounds like a fun class Patti..........

Those short cruises don't really appeal to me PH. It's even hard to take only a seven day now....they go by so quickly. Neither Cabo nor ENS have much to offer. It looks like RD will only be doing the short cruises in the fall.....not year round on the West Coast.

Odd jobs around the house today. We'll take Angelia to dinner at Mimi's tonight. John is at network certification training in Rocherster, New York this week.....comes home Friday night. Then he gets back on a plane with us to go to Seattle next Thursday.....he hates flying.

Yea,I figured she will be doing Mexico in the winter..........Alaska in the summer.........with an Ultimate Alaska inbetween.......

Wish we only did long cruises,but for now,have to take what we can................next week will be or first 7 nighter since Sept 06!

I personally think that one of the RDs should be doing Alaska R/T from San Francisco. Fourteen dayers.

hey ughhhh I am getting sick of gobstoppers..... Unfortunetly or not?? I have to taste one each class to time the rate of disolving and color change.....hey ph are you staying the nigth here??? maybe we can do diner lunch, or something...

Yes, we are staying at the BW.........but we thinking of eating cheap for dinner.......may just grab Publix subs and eat on the beach...........budget trip,if you get my drift..........but if you can think of a cheap place(i.e NOT a tourist trap).,maybe we can figure something out...........

[size=medium]So how's life treating all of you that come here?? It's going to RAIN here real soon. The SUN is gone for now and the sky is that bright white/yellow look right now. Of course, Art is on one of his 35 mile bike ride this morning. Maybe they'll miss it.!!

PH: When do you leave for your Cruise?? It takes off on Sunday right?? Are you spending Sat night at the BW??

SAN: Don't be picking on the Radiance ship buddy. That's the ONLY ship I've ever been on. Of course it was NEW when I was on it!! =COOL Nice size for someone like me who doesn't cruise.

Nice split on the voting yesterday. I really think the people are getting a raw deal if they're Republican. ONly because they aren't getting any other input from other candiates. Too bad some of the others that were trying to run had to back out. I think the Republicans goofed big time with their choices. Not that the Democrats did any better. I'm soooo tired of turning on the TV and all that's on is POLITICS and newspeople re-hashing every word they have said.

Okay, I'm off my soapbox on that subject for another few months. Sorry to anyone I offended on here. :girly

I think I'm going to give those stairs going to the basement level another hit with just water after I get off of these threads. Since it's going to rain I might as well try and get some things set aside for the garage sale we're going to have one of these weekends. Another fun (NOT) project.

Yes, cruise leaves Sunday and we are spending Sat night at the BW on Cocoa Beach.....

No offensive with me about the politics..............he!!,with the gas situation I am about to turn Democrat and even I dont,may just vote for Hillary(who I hope mkes it).........too bad all the things about Obama didnt come out earlier.......then he wouldnt be in the running now..............it will be a BIG mistake if he wins.......................

I wasn't really picking on RD. I prefer the other three RD class over Radiance.....but not sure why. A couple of times, I thought that the management was just a little tight fisted with extras. Like bathroom amenities. I don't think that the Hotel Manager was as good as on other ships. I would sail her in a pinch though.

Forget the grocery store sandwiches PH....just show up at Patti's around dinner time......what's she going to do....send you away starving to death?

hey its saturday night we usually do cook in front of you..
San PH knows me to well she knows i donlt do much cooking although we could show up at my moms house i bet she is cooking and you cuold swim too the pool is 89 now! Anyway if you want to do something let me know if you would liek a tour of the condos i can pick you up.... They really do have alot of them for alot cheaper than what is advertised....
Obama is just scary period... I have been aroudn too many like him all talk... got to where they were becaasue of ..... and ...... and not only his spiritual background scary so is famliy werent both his parents and his wifes parerents in radical ethnic rights groups??? not that that is bad but... i think one of the groups was one of those farrakan gusy groups (i think)
would love to have a women president BUT...... and yoru right K2 I i think republican folks dropped out too soon.... maybe one will come in as independent.. I love mccain but..... ok sorry no politics.....

Hey if we can;t meet up Ph their is a really great mexican place here on the island called El tucan that is really really good. Richard loves to go so if you go gve him a shout he will go. he is always looking for an excuse....

Patti: We have read up here that there are TONS of BARGAINS in Florida right about now. Lots of forclosures because the SnowBirds can't afford big house up North and Condo's down South. Lots of Executives are being let go and they just can't keep both places. The person who is a Apartment or Lease renter is the one that would be able to take advantage of the bargain prices down by you. They don't have to SELL before they BUY. Of course, they'd either have to be retired or be able to find a NEW JOB when moving to Florida........or just plain old wealthy. ;)

Off to go buy some gas at Costco before it goes up again. We've only seen the BEGINNING of all these prices.

Tony hope your back gets better soon.

Dunno....but I bet she'll bring in take out if you show up.

Well, tried to take a nap to rest my back, but the house phone and my cell phone kept ringing......so, that was the end of that.

The TA just called and said our tickets were in:cool:....she's going to overnight them to us. I'd normally pick them up, but I don't feel like saving them money right now.....shoulda called four or five weeks ago when they came in.

Isn't it great how much we know about each other.

Went out with the cruise girls tonight for dinner; they are part of the group that were on the Carnival Liberty with us last September. Meet one on CC, then it turns out they were related to one of the student workers, the girl that we hired as our pet/house sitter. Of course we talked about cruising...they are booked on the same cruise we are doing next week...just not until September 2009. So, I will give them a port talk when we return. Well, want to check out the other threads...have a good evening
