OH WAIT A MINUTE.........if you're family you most likely won't get a dime if I win the Lottery. Isn't that what happens to "families" when someone wins or comes into big bucks?? It usually causing a big riff!! Oh heck, that wouldn't happen with us!! Just keep sucking up and brown nosing and everything will be just fine. Now I have to REMEMBER to stop and buy a few Lottery tickets today!! :girly

[size=medium]PH: Forgot to tell you that I'd NEVER be in the bike riding class of Artie. I had enough after 5 miles........couldn't even imagine doing 100 miles!! There is a group that is called the "Slow SPOKES" and Art told me I might be able to keep up with them if I trained a little harder!! They ride at around 10-14 mph. I'm at 9-10 mph right now. I need to work on distance. I'm thinking of getting a bike rack for the back of the car, so I could EASILY put the bike on it by myself and take it to the BIG PARK and do the path there. It's about 6 miles around and you get to see 2 lakes and a golf course and lots of trees. I need diverson to keep my mind off of the work I'm actually doing when biking.
NOW CAN YOU TELL I'M NOT BIG ON EXERCISE!! Hee Hee..........Later all.....:p[/size]

Im not big on exercising either.......Im just too lazy...........but you are doing very good.............keep it up!

[size=medium]PH: I have no choice but to get rid of some of this EXCESS WEIGHT. Just not good for my health. Especially the heart. I figure even if I only do a little each day it's better than nothing.

Looks like rain here any time. Weather people keep saying later tonight, but the sun is GONE and the WINDS have picked up and it's MUGGY/HUMID out there bigtime. It figures it will rain, Art's on his Thursday night bike ride and it seems to rain every week lately for him and his gang. There's about 30 of them that bike on this night. CRAZY is all I can say.

Made my Banana Muffins. They made the house smell soooooo neat. Next time I'd cut the sugar in half. I tasted one and it was WAY too sweet for me. But that's a good thing. Now I won't be tempted to eat them. :chef

[large]SOLD the Patio set on Craigslist last night about 1 hour after I listed it. Too funny.
The guy and his daughter just came and paid cash ($200) and took it away. Art's calling me the Craigslist Queen!! I'm still in shock. I have MASSAGE MONEY for sure now.

It looks like a STORM is coming here sometime soon. Gotta get out and get a bike ride in for sure. At least I can get home faster if it starts to rain.

[large]Got a 5 mile bike ride in with Art's help. Having him with me made me go the whole 5 miles. It's soooo humid out there right now and WINDY. My hair is all wet from the helmet! When you ride with Artie you MUST wear the helmet!! :girly

My day is so typical Friday the 13th......it sucks............Lauren called us at 6am cuz she was having those shakes again........she went to work but left early to go to the doctor..........put her on more meds,but she is still upset............I am rethinking this whole NY trip.........I hate even being 100 miles away...........I cant imagine 1000..........

someone told me it might be her thyroid and sure enuf, the symptoms(most of them) are what she is experiencing.

So far,I have decided to still go to NYC......you're right...........Michael(her dad) is nearby

[large]A simple blood test would let her know if it's her Thyroid or not. I take thyroid because mine in UNDERACTIVE. She may have one that is OVER-active. It's important to get that checked. It runs your whole "heater/cooler" of your body.

Chilly here again this morning. But the SUN is doing it's best to come out. We never really got any BIG TIME RAIN last night on this side of town. Art got rained on just as his group made it back to the parking lot yesterday. Nice way of getting all that SWEAT off of you before the ride home!! I bought one of those 'solid air freshener' things for his car. It helps keep the LOCKER ROOM SMELL out of the car. :girly

Just woke up. I think that I am still tired from the weekend. I'll check on Matthew in a little while to see how he's doing.

I really do miss the rain in the summer, it would be nice to get everything washed off like it does in your area. It's really dry here because we hardly received any rain back in March and April. We're going to be in for a long fire season this year.

[size=medium]WOW...........not sure if any of you follow GOLF, but TIGER is out for at least 6 months because he needs surgery on his knee. He's really screwing up things here in Michigan. He's the big draw for the Buick Open here every year and Oakland Hills Country Club has something that he comes to and on Sat he was suppose to be in our Comerica Ball Park giving demo's on swings. Those people will get their money back, but try and tell that to your "KIDS" who were suppose to be getting a hands on lesson from TIGER WOODS!! Bummer.

I guess he was told by Dr's not to push his luck and he didn't listen. Funny how the RICH and FAMOUS are so DUMB at times.

We continue to have overcast weather here again today. Good for walking is about all I can say for it.

Art has a "Summer Cold"!! Not too bad, but he was restless and coughing last night. I finally went into the spare room and fell asleep peacefully! :girly
