WOW........I thought windows were an object just to let light in.............they let air in too?????

Oil chnage,recycle center and Publix all done.............had a Boars head roast beef sub for lunch..........love Publix subs..........

Windows are also a clear barrier to keep the rain away from you! It worked a little while ago.

Poor San ... He must be getting very very old, if his back is bothering him from putting up the fans. My back didn't bother me in the least while he was putting up the fans. How bout you, PH?

My windows are all open today...... And we sat out on the porch till lunch time.... Love the weather today.

Yeah well, I didn't hurt a damn bit when you guys were going through labor.......don't know what the problem was.

marcia....you told me after the fact that I would be hurting....day late and a dollar short.

I did, but a total of 4 hrs with 1st, 2 with 2nd, and (since the nurse said I was not in labor) none with 3rd. I showed that dumb nurse what she knew about it.

Hey, you probably just laid there sleeping through the whole thing while the nurses did all the work. After the first one, do they just put a zipper in so the next one is easier? They should.....you know, like the zippers they put on glad bags.....no teeth, but seal well.

bet that nurse felt really bad after you showed her with #3, huh!

I did not sleep thru it.......they keep you awake...........and no,no zipper........should had though.......we had come in handy last Dec.....they used the same place.................I know.....TMI!!

Actually I was wide awake also. Not even a pain pill. And that Nurse was read the riot act and she deserved it.

You better watch out, San. You are soooo outnumbered here! We can talk about anything of interest to females ... cooking, shopping, child birth, etc ... and you can't do a thing to stop it! Hee Hee!!! We're like the internet version of The View! Might even have K2 give us some tips on having a successful garage sale and PH explain how to make those hot diggity dogs. The possibilities are endless!!:)D

[large]Well, if anyone still had their STUFF out on the driveways about 10 mins ago it's WET WET WET now. I'm sooooooo glad I brought my stuff in when I did. Just got a beautiful Thunder Storm. At least the grass and flowers got watered!!

Made a total of $278.00 from Thurs late afternoon until about 3:00 pm today. Not bad for someone who wasn't prepared to get into a full blow garage sale!!

Went out right after I closed up the sale and stopped by this house that a little old lady lived in close to the front of the sub. Well, she died of a heart attack in Feb. She has a ONLY SON and he was keeping the place looking nice on weekends and had a sale today. Felt soooo bad for him and his wife. They live close to Lake St Clair and since the housing crisis is bad to sell their house he really can't move into this one even though it's bigger. He says he just is taking his time absorbing all of the responsiblities. He looks about 40 ish. Told me I could come by and pick any pears and apples I wanted once they're ripe. Also I can dig up Lilly of Valley plants that are all over the sides of the house. I could smell them this Spring when I was walking and had told him about it. Nice guy. I told him his Mom would offer me Dill for my use when she was healtier and with her broken English somehow we understood each other.

Okay enough all that . It's still raining a little out there. Jill just called and said that Art is going to bring Ashley home with him tonight. Now that should be fun. He was over there helping with the "DECK' job. Jill said she forgot about him not having "SEEDS" and gave him a Strawberry/Raspberry combo milk shake!! Nothing like trying to KILL OFF HER DAD!! Of course, he wouldn't refuse that shake no matter what it had in it. He thinks is a old wives tale about "Seeds" and Divaticalosis. (sp??) MEN......they're all the same.
