Now that I have returned & am half recovered, I agree the train was the best, I also went on a horse drawn trolley in Ketchikan that I enjoyed & saw alot of the town. The salmon bake was good, even in the poring rain once they got the van there to take us up there.
The morning that we were cruising the Tracy Ann Fjord was very relaxing, I went up to the buffet & gathered up a few extra goodies & took my pot of coffee (yuk) from room service & joined Maw & Paw on their balcony for a morning of beautiful site's.
I can't wait to do it all again next year, I just hope we see the sun a few time's other than on the return to Seattle. On the last 2 day's on the way back to Seattle the fog was so thick sometime's you couldn't see the side of the ship, all you heard was the fog horn.
But rain or shine when you are with such wonderful friend's & on a beautiful ship you can't help but have a grand time.
