San - Glad that Trousers went to the vet and had his foot looked out. I know he'll be sad missing the ATVing this weekend, but there will be many more.

Congrats, Marcia. Glad you'll be able to go to the swear-in ceremony.

No word on Clarence...I wish he was locked in a garage somewhere...made posters today and Gary will take around tomorrow. He's a little skittish around people he doesn't know...I was surprise he didn't hide when Kathy came over.

Just a lot of rain today...was expected a little bit more of a storm. Works been a bear so far this week, hope it gets better. At least I moving closer to the weekend. Mom is coming up this weekend, frying a turkey, and going to the garden show at the livestock pavillion.

Well, my asparagus just rang, steaming in the microwave, and my scalloped potatoes need to be check....Gary's outside BBQing the pork chops. Whoops, gotta go.

Well, leave it to Ohio to goof it up again..... Power outages, ice storms, running out of ballots, etc. etc. etc...... I think I could do it
better.

PQ, some years ago, we moved to Columbus, Ohio..... Shortly after we moved, Our collie ran away, I checked shelters, ran adds in the paper, visited vets offices. No Cookie..... He still had his old tags from Butler County...... Months later, my FIL, got a call from Dennison University students asking if he was missing a dog. He said no, but to contact his son and gave them the phone number. Seems they had found Cookie, and had been keep (sneaking) him in and out of the dorm.... Feeding him hamburgers, fries, etc. But they finally got caught...... My husband and a friend drove up to the University and retreived our dog. Guess who did not want to come home........

Strange things happen.... Hope you find Clarence.....

[size=medium]It's like a BLIZZARD outside. Been snowing since 9 pm and it's past midnight right now.
Sure am getting tired of this stuff!!
I feel sorry for Jill being home alone with the 2 kids. We won't even be able to get out to go over to help her because of all this snow. I-75 has so much snow that they said they would have to plow it because the salt won't do it any good.

March is sure coming in like a LION!!

Marcia...nice story about Cookie. I can only hope that Clarence gets his butt home soon.

Nite all.............

PQ: Any signs of Clarence yet?? Hope you get some news soon.

Marcia: You sure were the EARLY BIRD this morning.

Tony: So how was the NEW MATTRESS?? I know I had a hard time getting use to the one we just bought last year and I still don't really like it.

That video is too funny,Kathy, and oh so true! Thanks for sharing.

We did hit lots of rain on our trip to Ocala yesterday. Sometimes it was light, but at other times we couldn't see a thing on I-75 and the turnpike. That's when it got scary! At one point it looked like someone was holding a hose to the passenger side window. The rain was just pouring down.
We definitely have to find a new accountant in this area. It took 2 hours to get to Ocala and 2 hours to get home. We were with the accountant 15 minutes! Only reason we are still using that firm is that they also do the company returns. It's a bit tricky when you have an LLC.

Tony - Glad Trousers saw the doggy doctor. I'm sure you enjoyed every minute having him put his head on your lap. You certainly are a candidate for grandpaw of the year!:lol

Christine - Sorry Clarence hasn't found his way home yet. I hope your signs do the trick. Have you checked with animal control? I hope you hear something soon.

Kathie - Sorry about your snow. I think you've had just about enough for this year.
Bert planted tomato and pepper plants this morning. First time he's done that since we left Ocala.

Speaking of Bert, he's off to the seafood market with our friend from Trinidad. Nick wants to cook dinner for us tonight. How's that for a friend? He's doing it here at our house. I think that's so sweet of him, but I have only one question ... Does he do dishes afterwards????????

Marcia - I hope you took lots of pictures this morning and share some with us.

Nice website marcia.....must make you proud to see his picture and title.

You guys are all having such bad weather....ours is good....sunny and high 60s today. Rain next week.

I will be spending time getting ready for our ATV trip....I need a haircut also....and the bank....and visit Nadine in San Jose

Bedroom is all set up the way we want it now.

Paid for May cruise yesterday....now I have to get air to SEA arranged

Glad that you had a good check up PH. Seems like you could change the abnormal results yourself. I think you need some wine to flush out what's causing the higher readings.

THAT'S what I told the doctor............I needed to go back to drinking(and I will in 18 days......Think I need a countdown clock...haha

BB----we use Turbo Tax for home and business and it includes LLCs in it........How long does it usually take you?? It took me close to 2 hours to get to your house in nice weather..You probably know some shortcuts though..

Hows Nadine's spirit these days???Bet you guys visiting really helps her.........

Kathy - Took us just about 2 hours each way too. It took forever to get from I-75 to 25th Ave via Silver Springs Blvd. We really could see the increase in the amount of traffic. When we passed over 200, I told Bert it looked like Orange Blossom Trail at rush hour. It was only 1:30 though. I guess the new Dillards is adding to the traffic on 200. Have you been there yet?
I told Bert we need to start using Turbo Tax next year. Considering what the accountant charges to do a very simple tax form, we could do another cruise just on what we'd save!

Tony - I bet the bedroom looks great. Nothing like getting new stuff in a new house. Makes you feel like you're newlyweds!:couple Sounds like you've got a lot to do before your weekend. Good thoughts still heading west for Nadine.

I wish Bert would hurry up and get home. He picked up some steamer clams (piss clams to those from the NE). I'm already tasting them!!

Quick post from work ;)
No news on Clarence...but haven't given up hope yet. The kids live near the shelter and went there yesterday before leaving for Kentucky...they'll try again tomorrow when they return

Marcia - Looking forward to seeing the pictures...if you post them on CC, I'll see them...I'm always reading the bunny thread

We planted our tomatoes in pots a couple of weeks ago...when we had the freeze last week, Gary hauled them into the boat garage. Only have one pepper, may need to get more.

Kathy - Last night on Fox news they talked about buzzards and the problems a town had getting rid of them. I thought of you. Didn't see the resolution, but will check their web site; if it's good, I'll post it.

Tony - Glad the house is finally getting settled....is there much more to do; I know you're working on the landscaping now.

Kathie - Enjoy your snow.....:)P)
