Well, you could schedule one of the CEL cruises that we booked next year. You know that you wanted to do a Canada / New England.

You know, business has to start turning around soon.....it's going on way too long. Warren Buffet says that it's reached bottom and is about to start getting better. Fuel prices are down, so that should help too.

not only cheaper fuel,but less that he has to buy....not driving 1/2 the distance of before...........spent less than $1000 last week and its been a long time since he did that.............he's headed to GA tomorrow.................

I would love to do canada/NE,but it would have to been in the spring.................got plans for the fall..................

Good morning! Pretty day around here, so far. I hope they're finally able to get the shuttle up today.

Home again and its twins!! hahah.......twin kidneys,that is..................had a renal ultrasound...........my kidney test results were offwhack,but the kidney dr seems to think everything is ok and its just my BP messing up the results...........the test today is just a CYA thing,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Wow! Twins!!! Congrats!:lol Glad all is OK.

I've been messing around checking other cruise lines. Found some great prices on MSC. TA was telling me about all the good feedback he's been getting about MSC. Guess you can see I have nothing better to do this morning.:cool:

I have had nothing but BAD reviews on MSC..........ask Gary on the Fl thread.....Im pretty sure thats the one he went on...........like they say,you get what you pay for.........wanna swap out the FR for it??????heheh

Yeah, I don't think MSC is for us either. Read some of the comments of their loyal cruisers. Most sound like snobs who only want peace and quiet on a cruise. They don't seem to be into having fun at all and advise if that's what you want, MSC is not for you. Oh well ... Guess I'm back to checking Carnival cruises!;)

Morning ..................nothing to report about as of now......kinda boring,I guess......

Oh,I did find a lot of old friends and even a 1st cousin on FB yesterday.......couple of my best friends from when I was a kid.........neighbors who I used to play kickball in the street, wait for the good humor man,etc................from back in the 60s............so much fun to "talk" to them again...............

Morning! Not much happening here either. Bert's off to get his new "ears" fine tuned. I'm just relaxing while I can and reading that new JE book. I know what Rita meant about laughing out loud. Those books are just so much fun to read. Trouble is, once you start one, it's hard to put it down. I've already read half the book and only got it yesterday!

Nasty weather around here last night. Tornado hit a building right next to 528. Also tipped over some trailers parked at that building. We also got a couple of inches of rain. Glad the rains came after the shuttle launch. We watched the launch from the Grill and had a pretty good view. Only some clouds got in the way once in a while.

Guess I should get a move on. Missy is coming down tomorrow night, so I better get the guest room ready for her.

Heard about that tornado.........ow...first all that traffic and now Tornadoes???? Why do you stay????????hahahah J/K!! If I had a beautiful home like yours,I would too.........

Well, I finished the book in between doing laundry. Now what the heck am I going to do for the rest of the day????

Good afternoon.

Busy day yesterday......tire store in the morning, lunch with my brother in Carmel, Harry Potter in Watsonville last night with Matthew and Patti. Got home around 11:30.....tired out.

Wow, all this talk about defection from RCCL......times have really changed with us.

From the previews I've seen, that new Harry Potter movie looks good. I've heard it's better than some of those in the past. I can't believe how much money it took in the first night - 22.2 million!!!::eek:

Defection seems to be the name of the game these days. I'm still looking into that new NCL ship that comes out next year too.
