OK, for the entire life of that steer, it's poop got all over it's tail.....it really gets caked on there and gradually seeps into the inside of the tail....creates quite a flavor, I'm told. It is therefore a cheap cut of meat usually only purchased by the unrefined who drink Two Buck Chuck.

Hey, don't knock it if you haven't tried it!:p Dinner was delicious ... and very flavorful!:lol

Got another big dinner to make tonight - sauerbraten with gingersnap gravy. This if definitely a family favorite around here. Trouble is it takes about 4 hours in the dutch oven to make. That means I have to stick close to home for the day ... bummer!

Dinner is almost ready and the smell is driving me nuts. G&K are coming for dinner. The piece of meat was just too big for Bert & I to eat alone. We'd have been eating sauerbraten for the next 2 weeks!::eek:

Better go get the veggies ready.

Morning.................was a good girl and went to the gym.........and now I think I'll go just lay out by the pool today............no other plans............as of yet...........

We got one of Publix rotiessiere chickens the other night. It was ok, but I like the ones from Sam's better. They're much meatier and we get at least 2 meals out of them. What a deal!!!!!

Not much going on here today except to head for the Grill later and give the guy that runs it a piece of my mind about the music that's being played. Gotta get in a real b*tchy mood, so I can be most effective.;)

Spent some time this morning checking out features of the new Carnival Dream coming to Pt. Canaveral. Looks like it has possibilities.

hmmmmmmmmmm.never had a Sams chicken..............dont really go there too often,but will be sure to try it out..............Im pretty sure I had it a sample once.......

You mean that opener we got and RETURNED................whatta waste..................I thought it would open it up all the way for you with no effort..................nope,it screws down into the cork easy enough but you still have to pull it out yourself.........save your money.. the pulling it out is the hardest part for me..........
