Nope, still here----just doing my usual thingy---Lurking! Happy belated birthday to you. I saw that you had a great cruise. I am still looking at the Jewel for Nov 6th, which is a three day cruise, but, the price could be better. I guess you know we won a cruise on the Oasis during the 24 hour contest! So, we do have that one coming up on Nov. 27, and the Jewel cruise is so close to it, just not sure if we will sign up or not. Decisions, decisions!

Gordon is moving, so, he is a little busy, but, I'm sure he will be back when he has more time.

Yep, I'm home from the Grill. Had some yummy garlic butter wings while we were there. At least I don't have to worry about any vampires bothering me tonight! LOL

Meds I took this morning seem to have done the trick. I feel 100% better now. Told you I knew what works for me!

You're right, PH. We will be out of here before 7 in the morning. It'll still take us until around 5 to get to J&J's house. It really is a long boring ride up I-95. I always look forward to Savannah, as that's the half way point and the rest of the trip is downhill from there.

I hope you'll have lots of company around here while I'm gone. Hopefully, Rita, San, Janet & even Gordon (in between moving) will drop by to chat. If not, hang on till Monday night when I'll be back.

Been busy all day.....worked this morning and decided to go visit the Indians when I got home, so it's been a long day. Not profitable, but didn't lose much and had a great time! Eddie mentioned he had gone and won there, and I got the bug and decided to go (any excuse will work)
Tried a new restaurant at Mohegan...Bobby Flay's Burger's. It was OK. Not anywhere as upscale as some of the other places.

Hey PH and Janet, come join us on the 11-6 Jewel....we'll be doing a b2b from october 27 repo and staying on the ship for the 3 day cruise. First time b2b for us.

I have noticed your absence on the boards where we post,Gordon...Moving into the BIG cuty,huh??........I agree,moving is a PTA....I would love to move but dont want to pack.....we just did a loan modification and got a 2.5% rate so here we stay awhile...........at least till the housing values go up...........


Had dinner at Outback....had a BOGO free coupon..........went to Publix.....bought a couple of turkey breast for 99cents a pound..............sucha deal! Gonna smoke one this weekend............yummy............

Still trying to finagle an upgrade on sept EN cruise, but did get one D+ rep who will keep an eye out and let me know if something good comes up.

Still really hot and humid here, supposed to get winds from Bill Saturday night and Sunday morning, but they aren't supposed to be bad. We dodged a bullet with that storm causing trouble mostly over water. I hope the NCL Spirt, which leaves Boston today for a trip to Bermuda, has some calm seas, but I doubt it. They've already put their arrival time back a few hours Sunday in Bermuda. Wouldn't want to be tossed around on that ship (or any ship for that matter).

We'll talk later....probably heading for the pool this afternoon. DS and DIL and family off to Maine for a wedding, so their pool is empty......nice for me to just float around!

Good luck with the upgrade........are there many suites left?? I know someone who will be on it as well and he had 92 credits as of my MN cruise last week.....I THINK he was going on MN this weekend again and maybe next.........

Not sure what the GR is going to do.........it also goes to Bermuda this weekend.......they cant divert to New England,can they?? Storm will be there too...............hmmmmmmmmmm

Well, I'm already in the big city since metro Atlanta makes up 16 counties and over 4 million people.:bbat: I'm just going a little deeper into it. That is a great rate and I don't blame you for sitting tight.

Wish we had Bahama Breeze closer(its in Orlando).........we did just get a Tijuana Flats and I love Mexican........

Atlanta is HUGE!!!!! Havent been in a few years,but I know as you take the highway around it,it makes me very nervous.........not used to that anymore...........

I do watch Real Housewives of Atlanta..you getting a home like they all have???
