You mean, thats not a true representation of Atlanta?? Im shocked:duh:I have to watch what I say about those women. Not Atlanta's best for sure.

So far no wind or rain from the big bad Bill. However, the other Bill and i were able to get some pool time in this afternoon with DD and her family.
Pool water was the warmest it's been this year.......but it did feel refreshing.
We've had some real FL weather this week, hazy, hot and very humid, every day in teh 90's with humidity over 70%. YUCK!
Trying to set aside clothes for the transatlantic. Have already put sweatshirts and gloves aside, along with umbrellas. Not the same as packign for a caribbean cruise, that's for sure!
Off to make dinner. See you later.

So what part of Hotlanta did you move to?? My SIL lives near Stone Mt somewhere.........we dont keep in touch with her........but my inlaws do,esp when she needs money.......:scratch:
Thats like packing for Alaska Rita........takes up more room in the suitcase......but I wouldnt mind doing that if I was packing for a cruise like that!!
Sunny now and hope it stays that way......already put a turkey on the smoker and sure hope it doesnt rain..........

Moved to a part of Atlanta called "Buckhead". It's right in the middle of everything.
Hmmmmmmm.dont know Buckhead,but Dennis said he does(he was born in Atlanta)...........may you have many happy years there............
It never did rain here.................got dark but we stayed out by the pool and it passed over........
The turkey was soooooooooooo good.we went and bought more while they are on sale(Publix--99 cents--turkey breast)........I cooked a 8 pounder today and we will be eating turkey for the next 3 nights....hahah.........I leanred and just bought 5 pounders...........
I LOVE Househunters......esp the Intl ones........just wish I had the money like the people do...........buying a vacation home in the Caribbean with a million dollar budget???????? Must be nice!

Hi PH, Casey & Gordon,
had a busy day ironing and trying to figure out what to take next week.
hard to believe it's almost time to go. Booked this 18 months ago, not much hope of an upgrade, suites have been gone for a while. Maybe someone in a suite will cancel within the next couple of days.
Another hot humid day here, but no nothing from Hurricane Bill. no winds, no rain, no nothing.......all hurricanes should be the same.
PH, we love turkey breasts, but don't like eating it forever. Last couple of times I've bought a good size one, and had the meat cutter split it right down the middle......worked out well for us, one for now and one for later!
Hope BB and Bert have a safe trip home. Hey, where's San these days?
Probably off on another ATV trip or something.
Just watched about 6 episodes of Ice Road Truckers......wouldn't want that job for all the money in the world. Can't imagaine driving those monsters on that ice.
