I am in the bedroom watching HGTV.
YUP….I just can’t get myself to listen and watch all the talk about the “Projected Winner”! Just too much for my ANXIETY level. Just thinking about what the results could be makes me want to puke!
adventure time puke GIF

Made a Apple Cake to take to my brothers tomorrow for dinner, but not thrilled with the taste. Too sweet and something is missing!
I have enough Cream Cheese to make a small Pumpkin Cheesecake. I got the cream cheese free with my Kroger card.
The HGTV was just about a couple buying a Summer Lake house in Michigan. It was fun knowing just where they were looking and the various lakes they wanted to buy on!
PURE MICHIGAN! Ha ha.

Okay, back to TV until I take a Melatonin to make sure I fall asleep!

LORD HELP US ALL IF THIS ELECTION DOESN’t go our way. :usa1:
I need to brush up on my Canadian History just in case I jump ship and move to Canada!:canada: I already know their National Antheim from singing at concerts all these years! ( Hey, it’s a start):emoticon 0110 tongueout:

Art came into the bedroom and just shook his head! My stomach did a FLIP. Lord please hear our prayers......PLEASE. I promise to be a better person if you help us!

We were spoiled by Mother Nature yesterday. Although windy with lots of gusts it was sunny and warm with the temperature flirting with 80 degrees. Many towns and cities set record high temperatures for that date. We only missed setting a record by one degree.

Like you K2 we too had the high gusts of winds. The guy right across the street was standing on his roof with a leaf blower, blowing the leaves out of his gutters. When we were out yesterday we passed one church where people were voting. The big parking lot was packed. Many voting places had at least an hour's wait in line.

Did ya get the dry walling done, Lee?

It is odd KC how vision in one eye can be totally different from the other one. Hope you can get that lasering done real soon.

And hope you can pick up your new glasses Mike.

Now.......Do I dare look at the news???

Like many areas yesterday we had gusty winds and record setting temperatures. It was 62F this morning and very humid from the overnight rain.
We did get the drywalling done that we wanted to Dave. Once the electrician finishes the store room on the weekend we can complete the insulation and drywall in there. Then the tape and mud fella can come in. I don’t think Jim and Gail understand how much work and dust is still ahead.
Well, we will have a nice new bridge between Michigan and Ontario Kathie. It can handle more traffic than the old Ambassador Bridge.
Is the cloudiness in the eye a normal thing Karen? Geez, I hope that they can tend to it real soon for you.
How’s Fay doing Mike? Back to feeling like herself I hope.
You all have a good Wednesday.

Well, there were ENOUGH A-Holes to vote Trump back in yesterday.
I'll never understand how a cheat, liar, convicted felon, twice impeached, disregard for the US Constitution, saying women should suffer consciences if they seek abortions, etc etc, can get elected to the highest office in the USA.
What a SHIT-HOLE I live in.
I hope all the millionaire's chock on their savings.
And if you want to buy a foreign car you better hurry up.

That's it from me for today. And the
"God Bless America" saying can get dumped in my humble opinion. We're beyond any blessings from anybody.
It's a race to see if I OUTLIVE the Idiot and can vote again in 4 years!

I'll be back when my attitude settles down and I become civil again.

Lee: I'd be looking at that new Gordie Howe bridge, I just don't think I could afford to live in Canada on our income.

Kc I hope they get your eyes straigtened out, that could be aggravating
Lee Fay is okay, by the evening she was back to normal what ever normal is, thanks for asking/
Lee also thanks for asking. some times I have trouble with my tremors and if my finger is on a key the spacing goes wild.
Dave, the elections are held in our schools. Next year I want to hold them in a different location, maybe the results will be better.
I stayed up until about 10:45, after Penn went red I knew the erection was over.

Just when I was ready to live without the Buffoon with his daily lies, chaos, and lack of basic decency, WAY too many Americans decided to vote for the bully.

I just don't understand, WHY???

Such a gloomy day yesterday, not only from that but the temperature dropped and it drizzled most of the day.

I stayed home all day, and Kathi only went out to take a couple of granddaughters to band practice.

Only thing on today's agenda is an early morning check-up with the family doctor to go over my recent routine blood tests.

Life in the fast lane. :)

Every morning this week has started 10 degrees cooler (soon to be colder) than the morning before it. A brisk 46F here this morning!
Good luck at the doctor’s office Dave. At least, if your bp is slightly elevated you know why.
Anybody else, aside from Kathie, want me to send real estate listings?
Have the finest day you all possibly can!

Uncommonly quiet day in the hutch. I know Karen has her rummage sale so she, as usual, is a busy lady! I do hope all is well for the rest of you.
See you tomorrow.

TGIF, all you workin-folk! And Good Friday morning, to you Bunnies! :)

A grocery shopping day for us at the smaller grocery store. A long grocery list where there's lots of high priced items. Not to mention whatever pumpkin-spice items that somehow jump into the grocery cart.

I don't know about you, but I'm still getting adjusted to this being November. At least I still haven't walked into any store yet that is playing Christmas music.

No lawn-guy this week. Maybe he's decided he's done for the year. Or maybe he's just delaying his last cut.

On the way to the doctor's yesterday I noticed that gas prices are at the lowest price that I've seen in a long time. $2.85 a gallon.

Well, I'm out of gas. Whatcha Wabbits up to?

Good morning.
Have fun at the grocery store Dave! It must be getting close to Christmas. Two of my favourite Starbucks holiday treats are back. Gingerbread loaf and cranberry bars.
I cut our grass yesterday. Thinking it could be the last cut of the year I dropped the blades down just a touch.
Not sure what we have on tap for today. Only time will tell.
Have a fantastic Friday friends. :emoticon 0100 smile:

Dave: Our gas prices are UP and DOWN lately. Yesterday they were $2.88 at Krogers. Not sure what Costco was charging. I try and keep my tank TOPPED OFF lately when I see the prices go down.
Happy Grocery shopping. We need to go to Costco and buy a big box of the Quacker Oatmeal for Art. Hate the thought of going there this close to a weekend.

We had 7 bags of leaves for the trash guys today. Our 2 beautiful Maple trees out in front are taking their time dropping leaves, but we could collect them daily this time of the year. The HUGE MAPLE in the backyard still has a huge amount to fall down. And our neighbors 2 backyard trees are holding on as if the leaves were GOLD.

KAREN: How's things going with the Rummage Sale. Did you folks collect a lot of items to sell? Hope your BACK holds out from all the bending and standing.

Mike: Anything exciting happening in your neck of the woods?

Lee: Good idea lowering the blade on the lawnmower. I always like the grass cut lower, but our lawn guy says it's better to leave it higher. Just looks better to me lower. If I could cut the grass myself with a Self-Propelled lawn mower, I'd do the way like it. :emoticon 0102 bigsmile:
Lee: I was cleaning up papers around this computer area desk yesterday and I came across the list you sent us all of the dates you would be going to Florida and where you would be staying on the way down and back up ..... it was from

2023! You need to make up another list like that for us to follow and keep track of you. Better yet we could connect on our iPhones with the Follow my Friend app. (NAW... that's going a little too far)

I have 3 pkgs of Philly Cream Cheese that I'm thinking of making into a Pumpkin Cheesecake. I want to use 2 small pans and freeze one of them to take to Thanksgiving dinner at my brothers. Just have to buy 1 more Pkg for the recipe.

You all have a nice day. It's COLD (47F) here right now, BUT SUNNY. So that makes up for the cold.

The late season maples always look so nice in the bright sunshine. Nice photos Kathie. I usually keep our grass longer during the “growing season”. But I like to cut it a notch lower at the beginning and end of the season.
I should wear a red and white striped shirt when Lu-Ann and I travel to and from FL. We could play The Hutch version of “Where’s Waldo?”

Short check in from Belleview, today was the 1st day of the rummage sale & the count earlier this after noon was $1,400. Everyone was all excited & all I could think of was all the hours we've put in over the last 4 days getting all the donations sorted priced we probably made about .50 an hour. The sale today was 8-3 and tomorrow is 8-1, at 12 they let people fill grocery bags with clothes for $1 & mark a lot of the items half off. We have SOOOOOO many clothes right now & any thing that is left over gets packed up & donated to the Salvation Army on monday. Luckily the lady who runs the sale had an extra back brace she has let me use since Tues. so that has saved me a lot of pain.
Catch up more next week!

Thank you for stopping by Karen! Good job by all concerned to raise, so far, $1400.
Kathie, we booked parking across from The Fillmore on Woodward. We head across on November 21 to see comedian Mike Birbiglia. Great system to know we have a spot before we get there!
Have a good evening everyone.
